ŋɥeŋe was one of the 5 original Exarchs, hailing from Tsepwe Clan. He was a significant general who led the focal army in the defeat of the Oraculate during the Third Oracular War. Because of his personal defeat of Svr 51, no Oracle has ever confirmed his ascension to godhood.
